Programme Cooking and sailing afternoon-evening
|13:00||Reception on board by the crew and chef with coffee and Dutch spice cake. After that, you will leave Muiden for the Markermeer. Once you have hoisted the sails and hold a steady course, you will start working on your menu guided by the chef.|
|18:00||The ship will drop the anchor on a nice and quiet place or arrives in a harbour and you will enjoy your lunch and matching wines.|
|20:00||The ship weighs anchor and the sails are hoisted again to continue the trip.|

This is a combination of the various gastronomic cultures of France, Italy, Greece and Spain. Every country is proud of its kitchen and claims to have the best food in the world. They all produce wines, olive oils, garlic and the same vegetables. We combine the best of those countries in one menu.
- Japanese, A ‘sushi dinner’:
Japanese dishes are often dishes with fish. You will learn various cutting techniques, the boiling of Japanese sushi rice, and we will prepare different sushis, miso soup, and yakitori satés.
- Dutch maritime dish:
Return back in time: you will learn to chef like our grandmothers did. Depending on the season will we prepare various traditional Dutch dishes. Enjoy your dinner accompanied by a special Dutch drink: schippersbitter (sailor’s gin).
